WOW! Talk about a snow storm, our snow fall today totally pales in comparison. Hope all is well with you all though and you have power and necessities. Keep warm.

wow, that is snow Minni. Hope you were all safe and snug inside. Is it not funny how dogs absolutely LOVE snow. My 2 (late) Dachshunds would have built tunnels, lol.

Hi Carina :) The snowfall lasted almost 36 hours, but the pile is still sitting around. My dogs are fond of snow, but this was too much even for them. Thanks for stopping by.

Snow looks beautiful, when it falls, after it falls and till it’s soft and well, snowy. But as soon as it hardens, and becomes rocky, sleety and mucky, it’s yuck. We are having fun for now, lol!

Wow Minni, this is snow. How long did this last? Hope you were all snug and safe inside. It’s incredible how dogs LOVE snow – my 2 (late) Dachshunds would have built tunnels, lol.

Wow! How much snow did you end up having! That looks like an insane amount! Love the pic of your dog “swimming” in the snow!

It IS an insane amount. Worse are the roads…there are piles almost 12-14 feet high at some places with hardly any room for negotiation. It’s crazy!

do you live there? those pictures look cool but scary at the same time.

    • February 14, 2013 at 9:26 AM

Yup, very much so, bang in the middle of where it hit, lol! We still have mountains of snow all around, though high temperatures of the past few days have been a big blessing and the mounds are rapidly shrinking.
