The Bong Connection

Once a Bong, always a Bong. So I have to have that little corner for my favourite Bong recipes :) For the uninitiated, ‘Bong’ is good natured slang that refers to people belonging to the state of West Bengal in India. We are known for our love for food, and consider ourselves connoisseurs of sorts. A bit pretentious perhaps, but still, I can’t argue the fact that we are food aficionados and live to love the taste, texture and feel of anything that delights our taste buds.
