Kiwi Ice-cream - no eggs or cream and no machine

Ingredients
  • 1 can Evaporated milk chilled for 24 hours
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup fresh kiwi puree
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • a pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Whisk chilled Evaporated milk until it is three times the volume and forms soft peaks
  2. Add sugar and blend some more
  3. Add vanilla essence and condensed milk.
  4. Once the condensed milk is blended in, whisk in the kiwi puree and salt.
  5. Freeze uncovered for 45 minutes.
  6. Take it out, and churn again for two minutes.
  7. Put back for 1 hour.
  8. Repeat 2 more times.
  9. Then transfer in a covered jar (I use yogurt containers) and freeze for 4 hours.
Note: I topped it with Rose syrup. You can use any other syrup topping that you like.
