Kiwi Ice-cream - no eggs or cream and no machine

- 1 can Evaporated milk chilled for 24 hours
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup fresh kiwi puree
- ½ cup condensed milk
- a pinch of salt
- Whisk chilled Evaporated milk until it is three times the volume and forms soft peaks
- Add sugar and blend some more
- Add vanilla essence and condensed milk.
- Once the condensed milk is blended in, whisk in the kiwi puree and salt.
- Freeze uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Take it out, and churn again for two minutes.
- Put back for 1 hour.
- Repeat 2 more times.
- Then transfer in a covered jar (I use yogurt containers) and freeze for 4 hours.
