A Belated Birthday and Tiramisu eggless

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) tub of Mascarpone Cheese
- 24 French Style ladyfinger cakes
- 1 large cup brewed coffee ( you can use instant coffee too)
- ¼ cup Kahlua
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp shaved white chocolate (optional)
- Allow Mascarpone to be at Room Temperature.
- Brew coffee and let it cool, but it should not go cold. Add Kahlua.
- Whip cream and sugar till they form soft peaks (should not be stiff)
- Slowly incorporate Mascarpone cheese into the cream and whip until smooth but stiff peaks.
- In this part, you have to be quick. Dip half the ladyfigers one by one in coffee and layer them in a large glass 8X8 inch or equally large container.
- Top with Cream and Mascarpone mixture.
- Dip the rest of the ladyfingers and layer on top of the cream.
- Cover with the left over cream mixture.
- Sift unsweetened cocoa powder over it.
- Sprinkle shaved white chocolate on top.(optional)
- Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
