Ingredients
  • Almond power - 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Mixed dry fruits - raisins, cashews, almond slivers - 2 tbsp
  • Two drops of Kewra essence (optional)
  • a few strands of saffron
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, a roast the almond powder, about 1 minute, till it's golden brown.
  2. Add the dried fruits & nuts and stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add milk and bring it to boil.
  4. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Sprinkle saffron strands.
  7. Garnish with almonds.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
