Dip the fillets in the vinaigrette bowl, and liberally sprinkle pumpkin seeds powder on them. Turn them around gently til all the fillets are well covered with the marinade.
Sprinkle some crushed red pepper if you so desire.
Spray a skillet with Olive Oil
Carefully place the fish fillets in the skillet, and cook till brown on each side. Typically, 3 minutes on each side will do the trick.
In the same marinade, mix the vegetables and mushrooms, and grill them in the same pan you fried the fish in, 2 minutes on High flame
Mash potatoes with garlic and butter
Fry both Quail eggs, sunny side up.
Put mashed potatoes on one side of the plate.
Transfer the vegetables and mushrooms on another, and place the Quail eggs on top.
Plate the fish carefully on the side, and op with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
