A saturday morning shake

Ingredients
  • 1 apple cored, peeled and sliced.
  • 1 banana peeled and chopped.
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups almond milk (vanila flavored).
  • ½ tsp Agave nectar (optional)
  • ½ tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Throw everything into a blender and hit the blend button until you see everything turn into a luscious mush.
  2. Pour and sip through a straw, while trying to fill your taxes. Or something equally tedious. Or just like that, because you adore a great, easy to whip breakfast.
