Kaffir Lime salmon
- 1 lbs salmon bones with flesh (or thin fillets)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- handful of roughly chopped kaffir lime leaves
- Salt the fish pieces and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Rub in red chilli powder
- Mix in rest of the ingredients.
- Lay the fish pieces in a baking dish and cover with foil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Check for doneness. You can bake some more in 5 minute batches if you need it more firm. Don't overdo it though.
- Squueze some lemon juice (optional)
- Serve immediately.
