Fish tacos with mini pitas

Ingredients
  • 4 mini pitas
  • 2 fish fillet fried/baked (any white fish; I cooked Baramundi)
  • Guacomole sauce
  • Siracha
  • Chopped onions
  • Lime juice
  • A few sprigs of cilantro
Instructions
  1. Arrange pita on a plate
  2. Top it with 1 tsp of mayo
  3. tsp of guacamole salsa
  4. Crumble the fish piece on top
  5. Garnish with chopped onions
  6. Squeeze some siracha on top
  7. Finish with a few sprigs of cilantro and lime juice
  8. Serve
