Three minute Italian Dessert #InaFridays

Italian dessert

One reason I love Ina’s recipes is that she has a knack of creating yummilicious ( is that a word?) recipes that take minutes to assemble. This month I had forgotten, seriously forgotten, about Ina Friday. I wasn’t prepared, hence I had not shopped. When I saw Alyce email – I went  “Ohhh……(expletive)!” (Alyce Morgan, from More time at the table – is the lady blogger who put this Ina Friday group together)

With 4th of July excitement, kids being home, and all the work that summer brings with it around the house, I was almost ready to give it a skip, when I had second thoughts and started hunting for recipes. It took me all of two minutes to arrive at this page that had 3 Italian Desserts. Not wanting to make a liqueur dessert, I decided to combine the first two and give a little twist. It took me all of 3 minutes. Taste? D-E-L-I-C-O-U-S!!!!
